SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Jewelry Camp NYC is pleased to provide simple and affordable flat rate shipping options to all U.S. states. Domestic ground shipping is free for orders over $75 and the item(s) being ordered all must be able to ship via traditional ground shipping for this promotion to apply. Orders over $75 that do not ship via domestic ground shipping (expedited orders, large parcel items, medium parcel items, freight delivery, and items that ship from outside of the United States) may include a small fee.
Taxes & Duties
For US orders, Jewelry Camp NYC does not collect taxes in all states. Your purchase may be subject to sales and use tax. Depending on your state, you may be exempt from sales tax—some states require a tax return at the end of the year for purchases made online.
If you are buying a product from a country outside of the US, duties are included in the price of the item. If the total of your shipment is over $800, you may be subject to relevant import duties charged by your carrier.
Due to our marketplace model, we cannot guarantee any cancellations or changes once your order has been completed, but we are sometimes able to make changes to orders that have not yet been shipped. Orders that have already shipped cannot be changed or canceled. If your order has already been dispatched, our support team will be happy to set up a return for you. Please note that we will not be able to accept a return for any items marked as Final Sale or custom kits. If you want to cancel or make changes to your order, please reach out to our support team at email@example.com.
Jewelry Camp NYC is happy to offer free returns for a full item refund to your original form of payment for all eligible items shipped within 14 days of receipt.
Returned items must be in their original conditions - unworn and undamaged, with the security seal still attached, and ideally in original packaging if applicable. If you are a gift recipient and need to make a return, then we will refund you in the form of Jewelry Camp NYC store credit for any future purchases on our site, if your items(s) is eligible for a return. Please note that some of our items are final sale. Final sale status can be found on the website product listings, in checkout and in your order confirmation, but generally applies to custom-made kits and discounted products.
To process a return, please contact Jewelry Camp NYC Customer Care at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your order is eligible for a return, an RA number will be provided and Jewelry Camp NYC will provide you with a an pre-paid return label via email.
For shipping, please package your unopened, undamaged items, with the security seal still attached, in the box that it was sent in, and affix the return label. To arrange a collection with UPS, contact your local service center at 800-823-7459 or drop off at your local UPS Store.

- Returned items must be shipped back (eg, picked up or processed by UPS/other mail carrier) within 14 days of receipt.

Items meeting a specified weight/dimension criteria will ship via freight service—the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery.
